The Gables at Coral Lakes

Coral Lakes is a master planned community of sparkling lakes, graceful arches, stately fountains, lushly landscaped parks and avenues and the timeless charm of Mediterranean architecture. Coral Lakes includes the Biltmore homes (160 single-family homes), the Alhambra homes (157 single-family homes), the Gables town homes (220 two story town homes), the Riviera town homes (120 three story town homes), and the Coral Point apartment community (300 town home apartments).

Situated in Fontainebleau on the corner of West Flagler Street and 87th Avenue, Coral Lakes provides a centralized location to its residents. It is less than a mile from the Palmetto Expressway to the east and the Florida Turnpike to the North. It is located within minutes from the Mall of the Americas to the east and the City of Doral to the North. Coral Lakes was created with every family in mind, offering a variety of homes, town homes, and apartments to choose from.

The Gables was the second community developed at Coral Lakes. It provided 220 town homes throughout nineteen 2-story buildings. Several town homes included lake front views. Five models were offered providing one, two, and three bedroom options. The architecture designed followed that of the Biltmore homes, providing a flavor of the Mediterranean. Buildings consisted of awnings over the windows, flat roofs with decorative mansards, wrought iron entry rails, private entrances to each town home, and luscious landscaping throughout.
